Privacy policy.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

Keystone is provided by Create Momentum LLC (“we,” “us”), which trades as Systemic Revenue. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Keystone, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, wherever you live.

I

Data we collect

Account information. When you create an account or are invited to a workspace, we collect your name, email address, and the password you set. We also collect the content you and your clients put into Keystone (the work, comments, and approvals in your workspaces) so the product can do its job.

Collected automatically. Our hosting and infrastructure providers log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, for security and to keep the service running.

II

Payments

When you buy a Keystone subscription, the payment is handled by a third-party payment provider acting as our Merchant of Record. That provider collects the billing details it needs to process your order and tax (such as your name, email, billing address, and payment details); we never see or store your full card number. We receive limited order data, your name, email, and what you bought, to give you access and support your account. The provider processes your data under its own privacy policy, shown to you at checkout.

III

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and support the service, to manage your subscription, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We process your data on the basis of: performing our contract with you (providing Keystone); your consent where it applies; our legitimate interest in running and securing the service; and our legal obligations.

IV

Who processes your data

We keep the list of providers short on purpose. Your data is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers and, for purchases, by the payment provider described above. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under contractual safeguards in their own data-processing terms.

V

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, and after that only as long as we need to for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.

VI

Your rights

Wherever you live, we extend you the same rights: to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or US state privacy laws may grant you these rights formally, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of them, email info@systemicrevenue.com and we will respond within thirty days.

VII

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting. No system is fully invulnerable; if a breach affects you, we will notify you without undue delay.

VIII

Children

Keystone is a business tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen.

IX

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
