These terms govern your subscription to and use of Keystone, a software product provided by Create Momentum LLC (“we,” “us”), which trades as Systemic Revenue. By subscribing to or using Keystone, you agree to them.
Keystone is a client-collaboration and deliverable sign-off application for studios, agencies, consultants, and freelancers. Each of your clients gets a private workspace to follow the work, discuss it, and approve it. Keystone is software, hosted by us and accessed online through a browser or installed as a Progressive Web App.
Keystone is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. We make the plan, the price, and the billing interval clear before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your right to use Keystone is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the duration of your subscription.
When you buy a Keystone subscription, the order is handled by a third-party online reseller acting as the Merchant of Record. The reseller, and the buyer terms that apply to your purchase in addition to these terms, are shown to you at checkout before you pay. For help with a payment, a refund, or your subscription, contact us at info@systemicrevenue.com.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on a new subscription.
You keep ownership of the content you and your clients put into Keystone. Each client workspace is kept isolated from every other. You are responsible for the content you upload, for inviting only people you intend to, and for your clients' use of the workspaces you give them.
Use Keystone lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or probe it for vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer or resell it, or use it to store or share unlawful content. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
We work to keep Keystone available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and may change or improve features over time.
Keystone is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of your use of Keystone is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections you hold under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Keystone after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
For any question about these terms, write to info@systemicrevenue.com. Keystone is a product of Create Momentum LLC, trading as Systemic Revenue.
